E ola koa… Live a long life, like a koa tree (‘Olelo No‘eau)
Since 1997, Partners in Development Foundation (PIDF), a 501(c)(3) public not-for-profit organization has been dedicated to drawing upon ancient Hawaiian cultural traditions to meet the challenges facing today’s Hawaiian population. We have implemented programs that address the needs of at-risk groups within the Hawaiian community, such as preschool children, their caregivers, and those in economically depressed neighborhoods. We have assisted foster resource families and homeless communities, seeking to create a climate of caring and support that will reach far into the future.
